Directions from Plymouth: (Head West)
Follow the A38 across the River Tamar into Cornwall and towards Liskeard. Pass through the villages of Landrake, Tideford and Trerulefoot.
At the Trerulefoot (Kernow Mill) Roundabout continue on the A38 in the direction of Liskeard for about 200 metres. Immediately after the roundabout take the next turning on the right and follow the signs for Menheniot and Bethany.
Continue through the village of Budges Shop and follow the road for approx. 1,000 metres taking the next turning on the left. Follow this small lane signposted to Penewin Stables for about 200 metres. Penewin Stables will be found at the end of the lane to your right.
By Bus
The ‘Western Greyhound', service number 593 leaves Plymouth Bus Station at 08.25 at arrives at the Trerulefoot ‘Garage' at 08.56. Penewin is within walking distance from here (but you can arrange to be collected - ask nicely!). A return service leaves the 'Garage' stop at 16.46 and arrives back at Royal Parade at 17.20.
